Ok, here is my first try on up-loading a video!!!This weekend I decided to try figure 8 around some tall white barrels(we have only used orange street cones so far). I think it went pretty good. I just had a hard time keeping the rope over the barrels. Enzo sometimes tries to turn figure 8 into "touch it" instead as you see at one point. Create great moments~Janine and Enzo
Oh my goodness I'd be an uncoordinated mess. If I tried that we'd both be all tangled up lol. Enzo is so smart! I enjoyed watching him work. He's so gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteAwwwh, thanks! I am just glad I finally got videos to work! LOL!
ReplyDeleteHe is getting SO BIG!! I'll have to come see him again and bring Billy (who dies for Fresians!) this summer!
ReplyDeleteLOL! Yes!
ReplyDeleteYou've got some strong communications skills.
ReplyDeleteYeah, someone else read my blog, LOL. THANKS!!!
ReplyDeleteHey, thanks for your comment. :) I'm not offended at all. Chrome's attitude around treats isn't his fault. It's mine for not being more consistent. I get lazy and don't always enforce my rules and that makes it hard for him to know what to do. I'm working on it. If he were biting or trying to hurt me I would definitely reevaluate what I was doing. :) Chrome loves clicker training and so do I. I have fantastic success with my dogs, but I'm new to clicker training horses so I'm still learning too. We'll figure it out. It's too bad clicker didn't work for Enzo, but I'm glad you found what does work for him. :D
ReplyDeleteNo problem. What works for one doesn't work for another, LOL.
ReplyDeleteEnzo did really good here, imagine what it's going to look like when you can do that with more subtle cues!
ReplyDeleteGood Stuff
Sharon
Thanks Sharon!!! Yeah, we are better with street cones, LOL. The barrels were hard to deal with the rope, LOL.
